Junior League of Salt Lake City to Host 9th Annual Touch-A-Truck Event at Valley Fair Mall

Junior League of Salt Lake City (JLSLC) invites families with children of all ages and adults alike to climb aboard a variety of vehicles at the 9th Annual Touch- A-Truck event on Saturday, September 29, 2018.

We’re thrilled to be hosting our 9th year of Touch-A-Truck,” said JLSLC President, Cindy St. Clair. “This annual community event not only gives kids a chance to get their wiggles out and expand their growing minds by exploring trucks and vehicles, but proceeds from the event go right back into our community to help provide free healthcare, fight human trafficking, and help women become self-sufficient

Among the vehicles on display at this year’s event will be a cherry picker where guests can safely ride high in the sky. AirMed will also be letting your youngsters sit in the cockpit of their life-saving helicopter. Guests can see a fire truck, police car and construction vehicles up close, as well as experience the Department of Public Safety’s Bike Rodeo program that teaches bicycle safety and skills to children aged 4-13. Touch-A-Truck event attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy face painting, kids’ games, snacks for purchase and more!
