Unite Concert Benefits Refugees at the Guadalupe School

On Saturday, June 3 enjoy a great  evening of music at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center while contributing to a great cause. Proceeds from the Unite Concert will benefit in immigrant and refugee families of Guadalupe School. There will be live performances from Jarabe Mexicano, The Soulistics, and cultural dance group Tutulli Ballet Folklorico.

The fun includes drawing giveaways, including Disneyland tickets, Tiffany & Co jewelry, and more. You can arrive hungry, as food trucks will be on site.

Gates open at 6:30 pm and music starts at 7 pm. Tickets for the event are $15 for adults, $12 for students 13 and up with school ID, and free for ages 12 and under. Purchase tickets at the door, by calling (801) 531 6130, or online by visiting guadschool.org.

The Utah Cultural Celebration Center is located at 1355 W. 3100 South in West Valley City. Event parking is free.

About Guadalupe School

Guadalupe School is a community of students, staff and volunteers who believe that education is the greatest tool to end the cycle of poverty.

The organization is actually five unique learning programs within one school, focusing on parent involvement, college preparation, and healthy families.  All who enroll in the programs are provided a sense of connection, a welcome place to learn and a chance to find better opportunities.
