Natural History of Utah Plans a Fourth of July Blast

Tired of repeating the same old Fourth of July routine? Have not fear, the entire Utah Museum of Natural History will be open and throwing a unique celebration!

NHMU will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. that Wednesday, and starting at 6 p.m. will be hosting a Fourth of July Blast!

Plan for an evening of family fun. Roam with dinosaurs in Past Worlds, meet Nature’s Ultimate Machines in the Museum’s current special exhibit, then stick around for yard games, hands-on activities, and delicious barbecue (available for purchase).

Join the celebration after 5 p.m. and pay just $5 per person as part of the 5 After 5 discount. Discounted tickets will be available at the door.

As the party wraps up at 10 p.m., step outside the Museum and enjoy a view of a valley full of fireworks. Not a bad way to celebrate Independence Day!
