Kindermusik International, the world’s leader in music and movement education, this week announced an exciting partnership with Vroom, an early learning initiative of the Bezos Family Foundation, centered around fostering family engagement through the incredible power of music.
Friends of Kindermusik and Vroom social media communities will receive free monthly access to beloved songs, award-winning activities, and Vroom brain building tips to enjoy anytime, anywhere. Vroom translates the science of early childhood development into simple and easy activities that help parents and caregivers transform everyday moments like bath time, meal-time, or diaper changing into meaningful brain building moments for children.
“Our partnership with Vroom provides parents and caregivers research-proven methods that harness the power of music turning ordinary moments into learning opportunities,” said Scott Kinsey, President and CEO of Kindermusik International. “This partnership is an ideal fit as we’re both strong advocates of the impact family engagement has on child development.”
“Whether dancing, singing, or banging on pots and pans, early engaging musical experiences can have a profound impact on a child’s development,” said Jackie Bezos, President and co-founder of the Bezos Family Foundation. “We are thrilled to partner with Kindermusik on this important effort to reach more families through the power of music, helping them make every shared moment a brain building one.”
Locally, Kindermusik classes are offered through Song of the Heart Studios in Salt Lake City and West Jordan. Visit www.songheart.com or call 801-953-0416 for class information.
