Community leaders, corporations, and individuals are joining together alongside Utah Community Action during their annual Stuff-a-Tummy Holiday food drive on November 21.

Donors purchase or collect non-perishable food and uncooked Thanksgiving meal necessities for children, families, and the elderly. Staff and volunteers organize and distribute the donations each year to help needy families experience the joy of the season.

“We’re grateful to our community and their ongoing generosity, and for embracing the holiday spirit while supporting the children and families we serve,” said Joni Clark, Chief Development Officer of Utah Community Action.

The annual food drive event supports over 100 low-income families who utilize Utah Community Action’s services, including Head Start, HEAT, Housing & Case Management, Adult Education and Weatherization programs.
