Aquarium’s River Otter Triplets Celebrate 6th Birthday!

0

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium’s North American river otter brothers are celebrating their 6th birthday on Saturday, March 5th. Oscar, Oliver, and Otis are some of the most popular residents at the Aquarium. They’re like toddlers in a way: always active until nap time. These river otters love to swim and play in their naturalistic habitat.

Festivities will begin at 1:30pm as a member of the Animal Husbandry team delivers a special ice cake stacked with tasty treats for the otters to enjoy. Guests will also be able to sign an oversized birthday card for them.

The three male river otters came Utah from the Long Island Aquarium in Riverhead, NY where they were born. The North American River Otter Exhibit has been made possible by the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation.
